Also, purchasing is not simply ordering what’s specified by the designer. If your renovation is designed by another source, we will get multiple bids on specified products to ensure your budget goals are met. We may even be able to save money that can then be allocated to other line items that were eliminated.
Now it’s ordered, get it there on time…
Lead times dictate when product is ordered but there is more to logistics than lead times. The overall scope, available storage space and room return schedule all play a part in the logistics of product delivery. We strive for a “logistical balance” for each hotel that we renovate to ensure product arrives when expected with minimal infringement on the guest experience.

Sales Purchase Order Tracking System
S.P.O.T.S. is our state of the art project management system which enables us to track and maintain product orders and deliveries. Automatic email alerts are generated daily for our internal project management team and supply vendors to ensure deliveries stay on schedule. Vendors are contacted weekly for status updates on all orders.
